About Red House
Every musician has a story.
Red House has been privileged to witness thousands of them.
Some begin with a first lesson. Others begin with a band rehearsal, a new friendship, or someone rediscovering a passion they thought they'd lost. How ever your story begins, we're honored to be part of it.
Our own story began just up the street from our current home on Bridge Avenue in Point Pleasant Borough with one musician who dreamed of creating a place where anyone could come to learn, create, and feel at home.
What started as a small, hole-in-the-wall studio with a couple of teachers has grown into a vibrant community of nearly a dozen instructors, six lesson rooms, two rehearsal rooms, and musicians of every age and experience level. On any given day you'll hear first lessons, bands preparing for their next show, students celebrating milestones, and friends simply enjoying the chance to make music together.
While Red House has grown over the years, the heart of the studio has never changed. We still believe people should be welcomed by name, encouraged to grow, challenged to reach their goals, and reminded that music is meant to be shared. The relationships built here are every bit as meaningful as the skills learned.
Some people walk through our doors looking for music lessons. Others come searching for a place to rehearse, create, or reconnect with something they've missed. Whatever brings you here, we hope Red House becomes a place where you feel inspired, supported, and at home.
Thank you for letting us be part of your story.
